Our minimum commercial order is 1 jute bag (approximately 60 kg) for green coffee. For pallet orders the minimum is approximately 1,200 kg (around 20 bags). Full-container (FCL) orders start at 17,000–21,000 kg. Not ready to commit? Start with a free sample — we ship 350 g to 1 kg to qualified US business addresses at no charge for the coffee itself.

Can I order a small trial quantity before committing to a larger shipment?

Yes — and we encourage it. The process is simple: (1) request a free sample, (2) roast and evaluate, (3) place a trial lot order of 1 bag (around 60 kg) if you are satisfied, (4) scale up from there. There is no pressure to jump to a full container. Many of our clients start with a single bag and grow naturally from that first order.

What is the price range for your green coffee beans?

Indicative FOB prices vary by origin and grade. These are starting ranges — contact us for a current, firm quote for your specific origin, grade, and volume. We respond within 2–3 business days. Coffee commodity prices move with global harvests, weather events, and supply chain conditions, so we always recommend requesting a live quote before placing an order.

What does FOB mean, and what will the coffee actually cost me landed in the US?

FOB (Free on Board) is the price of the coffee at the origin port, before shipping begins. Your total landed cost in the US includes: FOB price + ocean freight + cargo insurance + CBP customs entry fees + domestic delivery to your warehouse. On request, we provide a full landed-cost breakdown so you know your exact per-kilogram cost before committing to anything. Green coffee beans currently carry a 0% US import duty, which keeps total costs competitive.

Do prices include import duties and customs clearance? Who handles FDA requirements?

CBP US Customs is handled by InGain LLC as your Importer of Record (IOR). InGain LLC manages all customs-related filings — ISF filing, CBP Entry Forms (3461/7501), customs bond, and coordination of Phytosanitary Certificates and Country of Origin documentation. Green coffee beans carry a 0% US import duty under HTS Chapter 09, so no duty cost is added to your landed price. Regarding FDA and FSVP: under US law, the FSVP importer is legally the US-based buyer — the person or company that purchases the food for US sale or distribution. This means you, as the buyer, are the FSVP importer of record with the FDA and are responsible for maintaining your Foreign Supplier Verification Program. However, our founder Davit Ghazaryan holds a formal FSVP training certificate from the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) — the FDA-recognized body for this training. We guide every client clearly through what is needed and help prepare the relevant documentation.

Do you offer better pricing for repeat or larger orders?

Yes. Clients who commit to regular orders (monthly or quarterly) receive priority lot allocation, faster sourcing turnaround, and improved per-kilogram pricing on subsequent orders. Full-container (FCL) buyers receive our best available pricing. We are building long-term partnerships, not one-off transactions — and our pricing structure reflects that commitment.

Do you charge for samples?

The coffee itself is on us — no charge for the sample product. You are responsible for the courier shipping fee, which is typically $30–60 to most US business addresses depending on your location. We work with B2B buyers only: roasters, café chains, private label brands, and wholesale distributors. Sample requests require a business email and company name.

Our founder Davit Ghazaryan holds a formal FSVP training certificate from FSPCA (Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance), giving InGain deep insight into what US FDA expects from the supply chain.

How long does shipping take from order to delivery in the US?

Typical lead times from order confirmation to delivery at a US port or warehouse: India — 5 to 7 weeks. Vietnam — 4 to 6 weeks. Ethiopia — 6 to 9 weeks. Burundi — 7 to 10 weeks. These include preparation time at origin, ocean transit, and CBP customs clearance. We keep you updated with tracking and documentation at every stage.

What customs and compliance paperwork does InGain LLC handle?

As your Importer of Record (IOR), InGain LLC handles all CBP (US Customs and Border Protection) requirements: ISF filing (Importer Security Filing / 10+2) filed 24 hours before vessel loading, CBP Entry Forms (3461 informal and 7501 formal), customs bond coordination, Phytosanitary certificates from the origin country, and Country of Origin documentation. Regarding FDA and FSVP: under US law, the FSVP importer is the US buyer — the legal entity purchasing the food for US distribution. InGain LLC does not act as the FDA FSVP importer; that responsibility belongs to you as the purchasing party. InGain LLC — Shipping and Logistics Policy

InGain LLC is a Wyoming-registered green coffee importer acting as Importer of Record (IOR) for all shipments entering the United States under our commercial agreements. This policy explains how we handle sample dispatch, commercial order logistics, and customs clearance.

Our services are available to B2B buyers only. We do not ship directly to individual consumers.

1. Sample Dispatch

Free coffee samples of 350g to 1kg are dispatched within 3–5 business days of request confirmation. International courier delivery to most US business addresses takes a further 5–10 business days depending on location.

The coffee is provided free of charge. The buyer covers the courier fee, typically USD 30–60 to US addresses. Sample requests are for B2B accounts only.

2. Commercial Order Shipping

Commercial orders are shipped by ocean freight from origin ports in India, Vietnam, or Ethiopia. Shipping is arranged following confirmation of the Proforma Invoice and receipt of the agreed deposit.

Current realistic ocean transit times from origin port to US port, based on 2026 global shipping conditions including ongoing Red Sea and Suez Canal disruptions:

Vietnam to US: 18–40 days

India to US West Coast: 25–45 days

Ethiopia to US: 45–75 days (routed via Cape of Good Hope — varies by US destination coast)

Total lead time from order confirmation to US warehouse delivery, including preparation at origin, ocean transit, CBP customs clearance, and domestic delivery: Vietnam origins 10–16 weeks, India origins 12–18 weeks, Ethiopia origins 16–22 weeks.

These timelines are estimates. InGain LLC is not liable for delays caused by port congestion, weather, carrier disruptions, CBP examination, or force majeure events. Real-time tracking and vessel updates are provided throughout.

3. Incoterms Offered

InGain LLC offers shipments under the following Incoterms 2020: FOB, FCA, CIF, CIP, CFR, and CPT. We do not offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). The applicable Incoterm is confirmed on the Proforma Invoice for each order.

4. IOR Customs Clearance

For all shipments entering the United States under our commercial agreements, InGain LLC acts as the Importer of Record (IOR) and handles all CBP customs clearance. This includes Importer Security Filing (ISF / 10+2) submitted at least 24 hours before vessel loading, CBP Entry Form 3461 (Entry and Immediate Delivery), CBP Entry Form 7501 (Entry Summary), customs bond administration, and coordination of all required export documentation.

Green coffee beans carry 0% US import duty under HTS Chapter 09 at the time of this policy. Duty rates are subject to change by CBP and cannot be guaranteed.

The buyer, as the FDA FSVP importer of record, is responsible for ensuring their Foreign Supplier Verification Program documentation is current and on file. InGain LLC makes FSVP compliance guidance and a step-by-step reference checklist available to clients as part of the import onboarding process. Responsibility for maintaining a compliant FSVP plan and all required FDA records remains entirely with the buyer as the FSVP importer of record.

5. Shipping Documentation

InGain LLC provides the following documentation with every commercial shipment: Bill of Lading or Airway Bill, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, ISF confirmation, and CBP entry record (Form 7501). Technical spec sheets including moisture content, screen size, grade, and processing method are provided for each lot.

Third-party inspection reports from accredited bodies such as SGS or Bureau Veritas are available on request for pallet and full-container orders.

6. Packaging

Green coffee is shipped in standard industry jute bags of 60kg or 69kg net weight, with GrainPro or hermetic lining available on request for additional moisture protection. Private label roasted coffee is packaged according to the specifications agreed at the time of the private label order confirmation. Palletized LTL and full-container (FCL) options are available.

7. Shipping Rates

Freight rates are calculated based on current market conditions, origin, destination, volume, and Incoterm selected. A full landed-cost breakdown including FOB price, ocean freight, marine insurance, and CBP entry fee is provided with every Proforma Invoice. There are no hidden charges.
