From Origin to Your US Warehouse — Every Step, Handled.

At InGain LLC, our process is built around two things: getting your coffee to the US without regulatory risk, and keeping you informed at every stage. We act as your Importer of Record for all CBP customs clearance, guide you through your FSVP obligations as the US buyer, and provide full documentation from origin certificate to CBP entry record. No guesswork. No surprise charges at port. Just verified coffee, on time, with every document in order.

What sets our process apart

Three things separate InGain LLC from a standard coffee broker: our suppliers hold active DUNS numbers and FDA facility registrations before a single bag ships; our founder is FSPCA-certified and guides you through your FSVP obligations as the US buyer; and our regional team in Armenia conducts physical checks closer to your origins than any US-based importer can. The result is a supply chain with fewer surprises, full documentation at every stage, and a partner who understands both the coffee and the compliance.

Origin sourcing & DUNS verification

We only partner with foreign suppliers that meet our strict "UFI" (Unique Facility Identifier) standards. Our suppliers boast active DUNS numbers in India, Vietnam, Ethiopia, and Burundi & Honduras suppliers coming soon.

Regulatory compliance & IOR services

InGain LLC acts as your Importer of Record (IOR) for CBP customs clearance, handling all customs filings, entry forms, and bond on your behalf. Under US law, the FSVP importer of record with the FDA is the US buyer — the party who owns or has agreed to purchase the food at the time of entry. That is you, as the purchasing business. Our founder holds a formal FSVP training certificate from the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA), and we guide you clearly through every FDA requirement: what your FSVP plan must include, which records to keep, and how to be ready for any inspection. You hold the legal role — we make sure you know exactly how to fulfill it.

Quality assurance & flexible delivery

We verify each lot against your specifications and offer Third-Party Inspections (SGS, etc.). We provide all necessary documents, certificates, fumigation if needed, and shipping documents. We arrange delivery to US destination ports or directly to your US warehouse. Pre-export logistics within the origin country can also be coordinated on request.

Our promise: compliance, transparency, and a supply chain you can rely on

We don't just import coffee — we import the work of skilled farms and cooperatives who have been refining their craft for generations. That provenance matters. It is why every lot we source is traceable, every supplier is DUNS-verified, and every shipment arrives with the full documentation your business and your customers deserve. Our promise to you is straightforward: your coffee clears US customs without incident, your compliance obligations are met, your landed cost is exactly what we quoted, and you have a partner who picks up the phone when something needs answering. That is what quality and peace of mind actually look like in practice.

Beyond the beans: history, love & tradition

We work directly with verified farms and cooperatives in India,

Vietnam, Ethiopia, and Burundi — operations run by skilled

producers who have refined their craft over generations. When

you source through InGain LLC, your roastery gains access to

traceable, single-origin lots with the full documentation,

supplier credentials, and supply consistency your business

demands.

Every lot we import carries its origin story — region,

altitude, processing method, harvest season, and supplier

verification. That story belongs on your packaging and in your

marketing. We provide the substance behind it.

Experience that eliminates risk

InGain LLC was built by professionals who understand both sides

of international coffee trade — origin logistics, US customs

compliance, and the commercial realities facing roasters and

brands. We have mapped every risk at every stage of the import

journey and built our process specifically to eliminate them

for you: verified suppliers, IOR customs handling, FSVP

guidance, and transparent landed-cost pricing from day one.

We do not just move cargo. We take responsibility for the

regulatory complexity of your import — so you can focus on

what you do best: roasting, building your brand, and serving

your customers.
