Compliance-first importing

Navigating US import regulations feels overwhelming for most first-time buyers — but it does not have to be. InGain LLC acts as your Importer of Record (IOR) for all CBP customs clearance: we file every ISF, CBP entry form, and customs bond on your behalf. Under US law, you as the US buyer are the FSVP importer of record with the FDA — and our FSPCA-certified founder guides you clearly through every FSVP requirement, so you are fully prepared well before your first shipment arrives at port. You focus on roasting. We handle the regulatory complexity.

A verified supplier network

We don’t just buy coffee; we vet facilities. From the high altitudes of Ethiopia to the estates of India and Vietnam, we ensure our partners have the mandatory DUNS numbers, FDA registrations, and Safety Certifications before a single bean is shipped. Our direct-from-origin relationships also mean we offer a rare portfolio that balances high-volume utility with specialty flair.

Ready to see the quality yourself?

Small-scale private label specialists

While big importers often ignore small requests, InGain LLC specializes in helping entrepreneurs launch or scale their own brands. We provide the Private Label infrastructure—sourcing, compliance, and logistics—allowing you to start with professional-grade beans from day one. You gain access to the same quality and origins as industry giants.

Transparent logistics & regulatory peace of mind

No hidden fees. No surprise charges at port. Every quote from InGain LLC includes a full landed-cost breakdown: coffee price, ocean freight, marine insurance, CBP customs entry fees, and delivery to your US warehouse or port. As your IOR and "Regulatory Shield" we handle all CBP filings — ISF (10+2), CBP entry forms 3461 and 7501, and customs bond. FDA Prior Notice is coordinated with your/our customs broker as part of the entry process. Green coffee beans carry 0% US import duty. And if a disruption affects one origin, our diversified supplier network across India, Vietnam, Ethiopia, and Burundi means we can always find you an alternative.
