InGain LLC — Privacy Policy
InGain LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is a Wyoming-registered green coffee importer and Importer of Record (IOR) for US CBP customs clearance, operating with a corporate address at 30 N Gould St, Ste 34541, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA and an international operations hub in Yerevan, Armenia. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it.
This website is intended for B2B use by roasters, wholesale buyers, private label brands, and coffee business professionals in the United States and internationally.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information when you use our website or contact us:
Business contact information: your name, job title, company name, business email address, and business telephone number.
Order and logistics information: shipping addresses, US EIN (Employer Identification Number) or business tax ID required for CBP customs filing purposes, and business documentation necessary for InGain LLC to fulfil its role as Importer of Record.
Enquiry and sourcing information: details about your coffee requirements, preferred origins, volume needs, and private label specifications submitted through our contact, sample request, or get a quote forms.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on ingainllc.com, collected automatically for website analytics and security purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:
To respond to your enquiries, sample requests, and quote requests within 2–3 business days.
To prepare and issue Proforma invoices, commercial invoices, and full landed-cost quotes.
To coordinate with our verified suppliers in India, Vietnam, and Ethiopia and arrange shipment, pre-shipment inspection, and export documentation.
To fulfil our obligations as Importer of Record (IOR) with US Customs and Border Protection (CBP), including ISF filing, CBP entry forms, and customs bond administration.
To guide you through your FDA FSVP obligations as the US buyer — the FSVP importer of record with the FDA is the US-based buyer, not InGain LLC, unless a separate written agreement explicitly states otherwise.
To manage your private label order, including sourcing, roasting, packaging, and delivery coordination.
To improve our website, analyze traffic patterns, and identify technical issues.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data on the following legal bases:
Contract performance: processing is necessary to fulfil or prepare a commercial transaction you have requested.
Legal obligation: processing is required for InGain LLC to meet its obligations under US customs law as IOR (CBP regulations, ISF requirements, entry filing requirements).
Legitimate interests: processing is necessary for our legitimate business interests in operating, maintaining, and improving our services, where these interests are not overridden by your rights.
4. Third-Party Services and Data Processors
We use the following third-party services that may process your data on our behalf:
Formspree: our contact forms, quote request forms, and sample request forms are processed through Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form handling service. Data submitted through these forms is stored on Formspree's servers. Please refer to Formspree's privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy for details.
Analytics services: InGain LLC may use Google Analytics or similar web analytics services in the future to understand website traffic and usage patterns. Where such services are in use, analytics data is collected in anonymised aggregate form and cannot be used to identify individual visitors. We will update this policy if and when any analytics service is activated.
Webador: our website is hosted on the Webador platform (jwwb.nl). Webador processes technical data including IP addresses as part of website hosting. Please refer to Webador's privacy policy for details.
Logistics partners: we share relevant shipping and documentation information with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and carriers strictly as required to fulfill your shipment.
Regulatory authorities: we share required documentation with US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as required by law for IOR customs filings and FSVP-related supplier verification coordination.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your business information with third-party marketers under any circumstances.
5. International Data Transfers
InGain LLC operates across the United States and Armenia. Your data may be processed in both countries as part of our operations. We apply consistent security standards across all locations. By submitting information through our website, you acknowledge this international processing.

We apply the following measures to protect your data:
Our website uses SSL (TLS) encryption for all data transmitted through contact and inquiry forms.
Access to client data is restricted to authorized InGain LLC personnel who require it to process your enquiry or fulfill your order.
We do not store payment card details or bank account numbers on our website or servers.
All commercial transactions are handled via direct invoicing and bank transfer outside of the website environment.
7. Data Retention
We retain your business contact and order information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and to meet our legal obligations, including US customs record-keeping requirements (CBP requires import records to be maintained for five years from the date of entry). Enquiry data for which no order was placed is retained for up to two years.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data where we have no legal obligation to retain it.
