Indicative FOB prices range from approximately $1.80–$2.60/kg for Indian Robusta up to $4.00–$6.50/kg for Ethiopian Arabica specialty lots. FOB (Free on Board) is the price of the coffee at the origin port, before shipping. Your total landed cost in the US includes: FOB price + ocean freight + cargo insurance + customs entry fees + domestic delivery to your warehouse. On request, we provide a full landed-cost breakdown so you know your exact per-kilogram cost before committing to anything. Green coffee beans currently carry a 0% US import duty, which keeps total costs competitive.

When we act as your Importer of Record (IOR), we handle all CBP and FDA documentation — ISF filing, FDA Prior Notice, CBP entry forms, and customs bond. Green coffee beans are currently duty-free entering the US (0% tariff) under HTS Chapter 09. Our quoted landed cost includes all import-related fees so there are no surprise charges at the port.

The coffee itself is on us — no charge for the sample product. You are responsible for the courier shipping fee, which is typically $30–60 to most US business addresses depending on your location. We work with B2B buyers only: roasters, café chains, private label brands, and wholesale distributors. Sample requests require a business email and company name.
