Origin sourcing & DUNS verification
We only partner with facilities that meet our strict "UFI" (Unique Facility Identifier) standards. Our suppliers boast active DUNS numbers in India, Vietnam, Ethiopia, and Burundi, with Honduras suppliers coming soon.
Regulatory compliance & IOR services
As the Importer of Record, InGain LLC manages Customs Bonds, ISF filings, and FDA Prior Notices. We ensure smooth documentation, meeting stringent US FDA and USDA regulations. While you act as the FSVP importer, our qualified FSVP individual is here to assist with any related questions.
Quality assurance & flexible delivery
We verify each lot against your specifications and offer Third-Party Inspections (SGS, etc.). We provide all necessary documents, certificates, fumigation if needed, and shipping documents. We deliver to the destination ports in the USA or any place in the country of origin, offering freight insurance with trusted worldwide companies.
Your coffee journey, step by step
From your initial interest to receiving your premium coffee, we guide you through every stage, ensuring clarity and confidence.
Consultation & sample approval
We start by understanding your coffee needs to recommend the best options. We ship samples at your cost for courier service. Once approved, we proceed with order confirmation details.
Order processing & quality verification
After agreeing on payment and delivery terms, we provide photo/video reports of the preparation. Our team in Asia conducts physical checks at facilities, and we offer third-party inspection reports (or you can choose your own provider).
Documentation & final delivery
Once everything is confirmed, we prepare all necessary certificates and documents for shipment and export from the origin country. This includes BL/AWB with tracking info, Phytosanitary and Country of Origin certificates, Packing list, Commercial Invoice, and other specific documents. We provide a full package of coffee import services to the USA.
